Edubirdie is quite popular among those who need academic assistance. The quality of the provided tasks isn’t the best one, so why do they charge so much for their help? Edubirdie claims to hire only ENL experts who are well-versed in a specific area but are they really so good? Go over my review for more details!
Being a student, you’ve probably heard about this company. It is an academic platform where learners can pick writers to help them with college tasks. I made an investigation and googled some photos of their experts and what a surprise! Their writers are fake! I mean, they use photos of qualified specialists and post them on their website, creating fake names! They want to hide something from their customers, and that much is clear.
Pros and Cons
- A variety of services
- Easy to use website
- High prices that will leave you penniless
- Rarely available support managers
- Not a superior-quality of the delivered paper
|Guarantees||They have a special quality assurance team that is working with refunds and conducts an investigation every time they get a claim from an unsatisfied customer. They will be checking the initial requirements, the chat, the delivered assignment, and whether your complaints are reasonable. So, to get a refund is no picnic for sure.
The company guarantees the delivery of unique assignments, but based on some online reviews, it isn’t always so.
|Types of Services||Edubirdie offers a helping hand with tricky and voluminous papers, whether it is an application or a scholarship assignment. They do research tasks, dissertations, create business plans, etc. They also have an editing team ready to polish your task. The choice of offered services is impressive.|
|Prices and Fees||The prices here start at $20 a page. Not the lowest ones, for sure! You may find a more reliable service with a pocket-friendly price policy. A nice option is that you can pick the writer, but almost all of them offer the same bids. So, this feature didn’t help me to save some bucks.|
|Paper Quality||An assignment I got wasn’t masterly done. It was okay for high school, but not if you are pursuing a degree in college. If you need assistance with something more complicated, this service isn’t an optimal solution. You’ll better count on more reliable and trustworthy companies
I found some typos, and the language was a bit simple. I mean, there was a feeling that an ESL writer was fulfilling my order, although I’ve picked an ENL expert.
|Customer Support||As I’ve already mentioned, the support managers are rarely available. Yes, customers have direct communication with the writer, and this is a pro, but your basic needs and concerns won’t be resolved because the doer isn’t aware of all the nuances.
I hope this situation will change for the better, otherwise, the company will be getting more negative feedback.
|How much does Edubirdie cost?||They offer a bidding system, so you won’t come across some fixed prices. Customers may discuss the price with an expert.|
|Is Edubirdie good?||For high school essays, yes, this service will do the job, but for more complex assignments, better focus on reputable services that guarantee the best result.|
|Is Edubirdie cheating?||They claim to provide students with samples of papers to help them boost their skills. The paper completed by their expert won’t have to be submitted as your own.|
|Does Edubirdie offer discounts?||To get to know info about all the available discounts, you should visit the official site of the service. But typically, there are not so many special offers.|

It sucks to pay money and read how great the company is on its website only to end up getting a C- for the paper you got.

Too expensive for the level of writing edubirdie provides. I had to ask for revision three times before giving up.

Awful customer support. The assignment was well written but missing some of the required parts
I had to correct all the grammar and punctuation mistakes

I had to correct all the grammar and punctuation mistakes because the writer was obviously not a native English speaker, and edubirdie does not seem to have any editors. I’m not even starting on the overall quality of what was written…
