1. KEY WORDS AND DEFINITIONS

A. Parties definitions

"You" and "your" should be referred to you, as a reviewer or user of WritingRadar (the Site). A "reviewer" or a “user” is a person who browses, accesses, takes any action or uses anything from the content of the Site. "We," "us," and "our" mean to Writing Radar.

B. The Content

"Content" determines text, images, pictures, photos, screenshots, audio, video, and any other data or correspondence. "Your Content" means the Content (reviews, comments, etc.) you send or submit to, via, or in any other way with the Site, such as reviews, ratings, invitations, messages, and the info that you openly show or is shown in your personal account. "User Content" determines the Content that any users send or submit to, via, or in any other way with the Site. "Writing Radar Content" determines the Content that we write, design and publish in connection with the Site. "Third Party Content" implies Content that takes origin from parties other than WritingRadar or its visitors, which is might be available in relation with the Site. "Site Content" means all of the Content that is might be made available in relation with the Site, along with User Content , Your Content, Third Party Content, and WritingRadar Content.
